Rob Lowe as been doing photographic work since about 1984, he comes from Oldbury in the black country,West Mids, his background is in art and was a professional artist for a number of years doing work for the NEC group, wolverhampton FC and John Major (when he was Prime Minister), he exhibited at many shows including The Royal Show, NEC, Lord Mayor Show etc
His work as been used in a number of papers and websites incuding The News of th World, The Sun, Blackpool Gazette, Lincolnsire Echo, Fetlife, Black Country Swingers, Cruella, Swingers Heaven. Midlands Live etc etc
